About the Role

Lead the development and optimization of novel excipient formulations including co-processed excipients, MCC variants, and modified starches for solid dosage forms. You will work directly with our global pharmaceutical clients to solve complex formulation challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute formulation development studies for tableting, capsule filling, and coating applications
• Characterize excipient physicochemical properties using advanced analytical instruments
• Collaborate with QA and regulatory teams to prepare dossiers and technical documentation
• Support new product launches and provide technical support to global sales teams
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to patent filings and publications

Required Qualifications

• M.Pharm / PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related discipline
• 5–8 years of hands-on formulation R&D experience in excipients or solid dosage pharma
• Strong knowledge of USP, EP, IP, and IPEC guidelines for excipients
• Proficiency with tablet compression, analytical characterization (BET, PSD, SEM, XRD)
• Excellent technical writing skills; prior regulatory dossier experience preferred

About the Role

Oversee all quality assurance activities for our pharmaceutical excipient and food ingredient manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, and Kosher standards while driving continuous improvement in our quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the Quality Management System across all product lines
• Lead regulatory audits, customer audits, and certification renewals
• Drive CAPA processes, deviation management, and risk assessments
• Oversee batch record review, CoA release, and supplier qualification
• Liaise with international customers on quality-related queries and documentation

Required Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. in Chemistry or Life Sciences
• 8–12 years in QA/QC roles in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines, ISO 9001, and HACCP frameworks
• Experience with Halal / Kosher certification processes is highly desirable
• Strong auditing skills with a track record of successful regulatory inspections

Drive international growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in pharmaceutical and food ingredient markets. This role requires technical selling expertise, relationship-building across cultures, and the ambition to open new geographies for Maple Biotech.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads in target international markets
• Build and manage relationships with formulators, procurement teams, and distributors
• Attend international trade fairs (CPhI, Fi Europe, etc.) and represent Maple Biotech
• Prepare technical proposals, pricing, and coordinate sampling processes
• Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and market-entry targets

Required Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Sc., or MBA with a background in life sciences or food technology
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in pharma, specialty chemicals, or food ingredients
• Proven international sales track record with demonstrable revenue impact
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (30–40% of time)

About the Role

A great entry-level opportunity for a food science graduate to work on product development, application testing, and quality improvement for our food ingredient portfolio including modified starches, pectin, aloe vera concentrates, and tamarind gum.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct bench-scale trials and application testing for food ingredient products
• Maintain lab records, prepare reports, and document experimental results
• Support senior scientists with characterization, stability studies, and scale-up

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field

About the Role

Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations in our excipient production facility. Ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP standards. Lead a team of operators and work closely with QA and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for website, blog, LinkedIn, and email newsletters
• Develop technical white papers, product brochures, and case studies
• Run SEO strategy, SEM campaigns, and track digital marketing KPIs
• Manage Maple Biotech's presence on B2B trade platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc.)
• Coordinate with R&D and sales teams to gather product insights for content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
• 2–4 years of B2B digital marketing or science communication experience
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to simplify technical content
• Experience with WordPress/CMS, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Mailchimp (or similar)
• Background in pharma/chemicals/food industry is a significant advantage

About the Role

Manage regulatory submissions, maintain product dossiers, and ensure our excipient portfolio remains compliant with USP, EP, IP, and international food-grade standards. Work closely with R&D, QA, and international clients on all regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain ASMF, DMF, CEP, and Excipient Information Package (EIP) documents
• Monitor regulatory updates (USP, EP, IP, ICH) and communicate changes to internal teams
• Respond to customer regulatory queries and support audits with documentation
• Coordinate Halal, Kosher, ISO, and HACCP certification renewals
• Assist with product registrations in international markets

Required Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. Life Sciences with regulatory affairs specialization
• 2–5 years of regulatory affairs experience in pharma excipients or APIs
• Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and major pharmacopoeias (USP, EP, IP)
• Excellent technical writing, attention to detail, and organizational skills

About the Role

Manage end-to-end export documentation and logistics for our international shipments to 50+ countries. Ensure timely, accurate documentation, customs compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all export documents: commercial invoices, packing lists, CoO, phytosanitary/health certificates, BOL
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines for timely dispatch
• Ensure compliance with Indian export regulations and destination country import requirements
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status to international clients
• Maintain export records and assist with DGFT, ECGC, and other export schemes

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA or degree in International Trade / Logistics Management
• 2–4 years of export documentation experience, preferably in pharma/chemicals
• Familiarity with DGFT, Customs Act, GST, and export incentive schemes
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or trade management software is a plus
